Dr. Mary Mc Bride-Founding Partner
Mary leads the SPC leadership coaching and organization development practice. Her work is focused on designing personal, professional and organizational change aligned with the challenges and opportunities of a world in transition. She is a well known session facilitator, speaker and thought leader. A citizen of Europe and the US, Mary has worked, consulted and coached internationally across industries and sectors. She specializes in designing strategies for developing existing and emerging leaders; developing organizational learning; and managing strategic transitions to sustainable practice.
Mary was Director of both the Management Decision Laboratory at NYU's Stern School of Business and its Executive Communication Program. She designed the Creative Enterprise Leadership International graduate programs in Design Management and Arts and Cultural Management at Pratt Institute which she currently leads. Her work is featured in podcasts, journals, conferences and books including Smarter New York City: How City Agencies Innovate and Leading as if Life Matters: An Invitation to attend a Future of Our Own Making.
Mary is also an expert in communication strategy and strategic storytelling. She has industry experience in fashion, finance, technology, and consumer packaged goods. And has consulted with educational organizations, government agencies and NGO's focused on designing strategies for sustainable practice.

Richard Green-Managing Partner
Richard leads the SPC innovation management practice. His professional experience includes new product development, marketing and operations management with Fortune 500 companies including Montgomery Ward and Citibank-Diners Club, where he was responsible for new business ventures and product development. Richard works with SPC client organizations to design and develop strategies for sustainable and strategic innovation and integrated marketing. Richard was a Director of Marketing and New Ventures and Director of Operations for major financial services companies, including Citibank Diner's Club, Montgomery Ward Life Insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance and Union Fidelity. His experience includes building business strategies; aligning systems and operational support; insuring product delivery, customer service and legal compliance. He has worked across sectors and industries including finance, technology, construction management and building trades, educational and non-profit organizations.
Richard's work is focused on the design and execution of organizational change strategies; team development, performance management, and customer and employee engagement. He also coaches technical experts seeking to develop their managerial and team building skills and work across functional areas. Richard has been on faculty at NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business, Fordham University, New York Medical College and Institut Superior de Gestion. He is currently on the faculty of Pratt Institute’s Creative Enterprise Leadership International graduate programs. His writing and research includes: designing simulation practice fields for innovation; re-designing healthcare; and designing practice based learning systems for executive and professional education.
